What We Hold, And Why

Bali to Flores is operated by Komodo Luxury. When you message us on WhatsApp, email the planner or submit an enquiry, we collect only what we need to plan and run your trip: your name, your contact details, your travel dates, your party size and any preferences or requirements you choose to tell us.

We use that information to reply to you, to quote and book flights, boats, drivers and accommodation on your behalf, and to stay in contact while you travel. Where a booking requires it — an airline, a hotel, a boat operator or a national park permit — we share only the details that booking needs.

We do not sell your contact details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing. We keep your enquiry and booking records only as long as we need them for your trip and for our accounting and legal obligations afterwards.

This site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages are useful. If you would like to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, message the planner on WhatsApp or email us and we will action it.
